Hi, I am Vasanti, a certified Breathwork and Meditation facilitator with over 30 years of experience in healing, trauma recovery, and inner transformation. My journey began with deep meditation practices, but it was through breathwork that I discovered the power to truly heal old patterns held in the body, mind, and heart. Through conscious breath, we enter the gateway to the soul—unlocking the body’s wisdom, releasing old wounds, and remembering the wholeness that has always lived within.
In my sessions, I create a safe and compassionate space where you can release suppressed emotions, reconnect with your inner self, and restore your natural flow of energy. I integrate trauma-informed breathwork, somatic healing, sound, and meditation to support deep emotional release and spiritual awakening. My work is especially supportive for those who feel stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected due to stress or past trauma. Another way to say it, this work is for those who are ready to breathe through fear, shed old patterns, and rise into their light. You are not broken. You are becoming. Whether you're new to breathwork or on a deeper healing journey, you're welcome to breathe, feel, and rise into the fullness of who you truly are.

Healing Through Breath and Sound
Many of us carry unresolved experiences stored deep within the body—memories and emotions that were too overwhelming to process at the time they occurred. These unprocessed layers can manifest in patterns of anxiety, disconnection, chronic tension, or difficulty in relationships, often without us fully realizing their origin. In this space of deep listening and trust, you’ll begin to understand how trauma lives not just in the mind, but in the nervous system, in the breath, and in the subtle body. Through a blend of somatic awareness, breath inquiry, and rebirthing-style breathwork sessions, we’ll gently access these hidden layers—not to fix or force anything, but to invite presence, feeling, and compassionate release. This work does not rush the process—it honors your inner timing. With every breath, we create the safety to meet what once felt too much, too fast, or too painful. As you begin to release stored tension and unconscious imprints, your body and spirit naturally start to remember their original wholeness. Insight arises not from the mind, but from the experience of letting go. This is a path of deep surrender and remembrance—where healing happens not through control, but through allowing; not by doing more, but by softening into what is ready to be felt, witnessed, and released. You’ll leave with a renewed connection to your body, greater emotional clarity, and a sense of spaciousness in your inner world.

In this breathwork workshop, you’ll be gently guided through a powerful journey of release, connection, and inner awakening. The breath becomes our anchor—a living thread that leads us inward, beyond the thinking mind and into the deeper layers of the body and soul.

This workshop offers a safe, grounded, and nurturing space to explore the roots of trauma and the ways it shapes your emotional, physical, and energetic well-being.

As part of our journey, we’ll also open the heart through the sacred practice of Kirtan and Chanting Meditation. Using the power of voice, vibration, and devotional sound, these sessions offer a profound way to soften the mind, awaken emotion, and access deeper layers of the self.
To support and deepen this process, we’ll explore a variety of meditative practices that help awaken energy, soften resistance, and invite trust in the body’s natural intelligence. These include dynamic meditations, chakra-focused breathing, Latihan-inspired movement, and prayerful stillness—each offering a unique doorway into presence. These methods are not about performance or achieving a certain state; they are designed to move stagnant energy, calm the nervous system, and prepare you to fully surrender into the breathwork journey. In addition to solo practices, we’ll engage in partnered dialogue and interactive exercises that invite heartful reflection, authentic communication, and emotional safety. These shared practices create a field of connection and belonging where insights can arise naturally, and where healing is supported not just individually, but in community. Every meditation, movement, and breath becomes a step toward uncovering the parts of you that are longing to be seen, felt, and freed. These embodied experiences gently dissolve old emotional patterns, allowing you to access a deeper layer of truth and clarity. As you soften into this sacred space, the breathwork sessions become more than a technique—they become a portal to self-remembrance, soul nourishment, and lasting inner transformation.
Chanting becomes a bridge between the outer and inner worlds—gently dissolving resistance, uplifting the spirit, and creating space for energetic release. By working through the voice, we open the heart and throat chakras, often unlocking emotions that words alone cannot reach. These sacred sounds have a natural intelligence—they move through the body, clear blockages, and bring deep emotional healing. The repetition of mantras becomes a rhythmic prayer, calming the nervous system and inviting the mind into stillness. Even if you’ve never chanted before, this practice is accessible and inviting. There’s no need to "perform"—just a willingness to open, to feel, and to allow the voice to rise naturally. Whether in soft humming, full-bodied singing, or silent presence, each moment becomes a meditation in itself. In this shared field of sound, something ancient and deeply human is remembered. We are not alone. We are not separate. In the resonance of many voices coming together, healing unfolds—gently, organically, and often unexpectedly. These moments invite joy, freedom, connection, and a deep sense of returning home to the divine presence within.
