Group Breathwork Circles
Our Group Breathwork Circles are an invitation to experience the power of conscious connected breathing in a supportive group setting. With music, soundscapes, and guided cues, you’ll enter a flow that helps release stress, dissolve emotional blockages, and awaken clarity within. The shared energy of the circle amplifies healing and reminds us that we are not alone on this journey.

In-Person Circles
These sessions harness the power of group energy in our meditation hall. The experience is more intense and transformative, with the added depth of live music, drumming, rattles, sage purification, chakra balancing, and a supportive group field. The collective presence amplifies healing, making in-person circles a profoundly moving experience.
1:1 Healing Sessions (Online & In-Person)
Personalized support for deep release and renewal
Sometimes the most profound healing happens in a private, safe space created just for you. In these 1:1 Healing Sessions, Vasanti offers compassionate guidance using breathwork, meditation, sound, and energy practices tailored to your unique needs. These sessions honor your pace and boundaries, helping you release stored emotions and step into clarity and empowerment.
Available both Online via Zoom and In-Person in Centreville, VA.

In-Person Sessions
Held in our energized meditation hall in Centreville, VA, these sessions are more immersive and somatic. You’ll experience the presence of a skilled facilitator, along with a healing atmosphere enhanced by live drums, rattles, music, sage cleansing, chakra balancing with sound bowls, and optional hands-on support (with consent) to help you go deeper into release and renewal.

Our Trauma-Informed Yoga & Movement sessions integrate restorative yoga, somatic movement, and wall-supported postures designed to release tension held in the body.
