Our 1:1 Healing Sessions are designed just for you — a safe, compassionate space where your breath, body, and emotions can unfold at their own pace. Whether you choose to meet in-person in Centreville, VA or online via Zoom, each session is trauma-informed and guided with care, combining breathwork, meditation, sound, and energy practices to support deep release and renewal.
Nothing is ever forced — you are always in charge of your pace and your breath. Each session unfolds naturally, honoring your boundaries and your needs in the moment.

Trauma-Informed Yoga & Movement
A gentle class blending somatic, restorative, and wall-supported yoga to release deep tension, support trauma healing, and restore balance. Safe and accessible for every body, these practices help you reconnect with yourself and build resilience at your own pace.


Twice a Year | Next Class on November 27th | 9AM - 5PM
Healing Through Creativity & Painting
Our Healing Through Creativity & Painting program is a day-long immersion designed to help you release emotional blocks, awaken inner expression, and experience the transformative power of creativity. Using color, movement, and painting techniques rooted in trauma-informed practice, this workshop invites you to explore art as a pathway to healing.
No prior art experience is needed — this is about process, not performance. You’ll be guided step by step into playful, freeing exercises that open the door to self-discovery, emotional release, and joy.

A 7-day journey of healing, awakening,
and practitioner training
Step into a powerful 7-day immersion designed for deep healing, awakening, and professional growth. This in-person practitioner training blends trauma-informed breathwork, meditation, movement, and integration practices. Offered twice a year, it can be taken as a standalone intensive or as part of the full Breathe of Love Practitioner Certification Course.
