Our Trauma-Informed Yoga & Movement classes are offered free in-person every Tuesday and Thursday to make healing accessible to all. Each 75-minute class blends somatic yoga, restorative yoga, and wall-supported postures to gently release deep tissue tension and muscle memory while calming the nervous system. These sessions are guided with a trauma-informed approach, where every movement is an invitation, never a demand.
