If you are new to this work or feeling unsure, the First Healing Session ($95) is the best place to begin. From there, we can explore whether deeper support or a longer journey would serve you best.

Are these sessions trauma-informed?
Yes. Every session is guided with a trauma-informed, nervous-system-aware approach. Your pace, readiness, and emotional safety are always honored.
Are sessions in-person or online?
These pathways are designed primarily for in-person support, though select sessions may also be available online depending on your needs.
What happens after I book?
After booking, you’ll receive confirmation details and simple preparation guidance so you can arrive feeling relaxed, supported, and ready for your healing experience.
Do I need to commit to a package?
Not at all. You are welcome to begin with one session and decide later if a deeper journey or monthly support feels aligned.
What if I’ve never done breathwork or healing work before?
That is perfectly okay. Many people begin here with no prior experience. Each session is guided gently and adapted to your comfort level, so you can begin safely even if this is your very first time.
How do I know if I need one session or a journey?
If you’re looking for immediate relief, one session is a beautiful first step. If your patterns feel recurring—such as anxiety, stress cycles, emotional triggers, or long-term overwhelm—a multi-session journey often creates deeper and more lasting change.
What should I bring to my in-person session?
Simply bring yourself in comfortable clothing and an open heart. A journal and water bottle can be helpful, especially if you’d like to reflect on any insights afterward.
Will I receive guidance between sessions?
Yes. If you choose a multi-session package or the Healing Circle Membership, you may receive gentle integration practices, affirmations, journaling prompts, or simple nervous system tools to support your healing between sessions.
Is this suitable if I’m moving through grief or life transitions?
Yes. These sessions can be especially supportive during grief, burnout, relationship shifts, emotional pain, or major life changes, offering a safe space to process and reconnect with inner steadiness.
Can I upgrade into a deeper package later?
Absolutely. Many people begin with one session and later choose the Nervous System Reset Journey, Emotional Release Journey, or Healing Circle Membership once they feel ready.
