Group Breathwork Circles

A powerful guided breathwork session to release stress, clear emotions, and reconnect with your true self.

At Breathe of Love in Centreville, VA & Online, our Group Breathwork Circles are designed as a safe and supportive sanctuary where you can simply show up as you are. Life often asks us to hold so much — emotions, stress, memories, and responsibilities — and sometimes it feels heavy. Through the simple act of conscious breathing, we create space for the body and mind to let go of what they’ve been holding.

You don’t need previous experience. Beginners are welcome. Each session is guided with trauma-informed awareness, which means we respect your boundaries, give options at every stage, and honor your pace. Nothing is forced — you are always in charge of your breath and your journey.

Breathing together in a group setting amplifies the healing. As others release, you may feel supported to go deeper into your own process, carried by the energy of shared presence.

What to Expect

Each circle flows gently through three phases:

  1. Arrival & Grounding – We begin by settling into the space, meeting one another, and preparing the body with light movement and intention-setting.

  2. Active Breathwork Journey – You’ll be guided through conscious connected breathing with music and soundscapes that support emotional release, inner clarity, and flow. You are free to move, make sound, or stay still — whatever feels natural.

  3. Integration & Reflection – After the active breathwork, we rest in silence, allowing the body to integrate. You may journal or simply relax. There is also an option for gentle group sharing, though speaking is never required.

Throughout the session, facilitators are present to offer reassurance, grounding touch (with consent), and compassionate support.

Who Is It For?

Whether you’re completely new to meditation and breathwork or have years of experience, this circle is open to you.

  • For beginners: This session offers a simple, guided doorway into presence, clarity, and self-discovery. You don’t need any prior practice—just a willingness to breathe and be curious.

  • For experienced practitioners: Breathwork can deepen your existing meditation or spiritual practice, helping you access layers of release and insight that go beyond the mind.

  • For those carrying stress or trauma: Our circles are trauma-informed and paced gently. You are always in control of your breath, with options to pause or soften at any time. The space is designed to honor safety, compassion, and respect for your unique journey.

Come with an open heart—and a willingness to breathe beyond the surface. Each session invites you to meet yourself more fully, to soften what feels heavy, and to remember the lightness within.

Every breathwork circle is unique. Some sessions may feel deeply emotional, while others bring stillness and peace. Whatever arises is welcome. You are encouraged to trust your breath, trust your body, and let the process meet you where you are.
