Welcome to Breathe of Love — A Space for Healing and Awakening
In the heart of California’s vibrant wellness community, Breathe of Love offers a sanctuary for deep transformation.
Through trauma-informed breathwork, meditation, and somatic healing, we help you reconnect with your body, release emotional pain, and rediscover inner peace.
Whether you’re in Los Angeles, San Diego, San Francisco, or Sacramento, our programs are designed to guide you gently back to love — the source of all true healing.

Transforming Trauma Through the Power of Breath
Many people carry unprocessed emotions from stress, relationships, or childhood wounds that shape how they feel, love, and connect.
At Breathe of Love, we use conscious connected breathing to access and release those stored patterns safely — bringing clarity, balance, and deep calm to your nervous system.
🌿 Breathwork is not just a technique — it’s a pathway back to safety, trust, and love within yourself.
Our trauma-informed approach draws from somatic awareness, nervous system regulation, and spiritual guidance to create a space where true healing can unfold naturally.
